Forum: netlabels Subject: netlabel metadata and moving files from opensource to netlabel

Hi folks,

New to using archive.org, so i've had a few issues setting up my netlabel collection.

First, I can't make any changes to the netlabel frontpage because when i click "edit", i get the error message:
"The item you are trying to edit does not have metadata or the metadata is not parseable.
It will need to be rebuilt or fixed first."

As far as i know, i didn't use a special character in any of the initial metadata. Any ideas why it's corrupted?

Secondy, i uploaded an album via the "Upload" link rather than vuia FTP to my netlabel (again, because i can't edit netlabel to check out/in), and it went to opensource instead of my netlabel collection. Any way i can individually change this over? Looks like not, and I emailed simon asking him to move it....any other suggestions?

Thanks very much!

first: your netlabel page cannot be edited because is 'checked out'. you should check-in first:

second: you must move your items to your collection in the process of uploading / creating metadata. it cannot be done afterwards without admin's help.
